- CoolOrder automatically installs all the necessary software on any computer in your restaurant running the Aldelo POS, creates your online ordering website, then exports and formats the menu data from your Aldelo POS
- When an order is placed online by one of your customers, the order is automatically sent to the Aldelo POS running in your restaurant. If the customer paid with a credit card, the credit card is automatically authorized and charged through your locally running Aldelo EDC software.
- The order gets instantly sent to your kitchen / bar / guest printer. If desired, one of your employees can verify the order before it's sent to a printer.
