ANNUAL SUPPORT CONTRACT (ASC) RATES

 

 

TELEPHONE SUPPORT ONLY*

 

Telephone ONLY Annual Support Contracts (ASC) shall be billed annually and the end user shall be notified 30 days prior to contract expiration date. The dispatcher shall verify the status of your contract prior to your being transferred to a technician. Telephone only Annual Support Contracts are billed at the following rate:

 

 $495.00 per year

 

After-hours call-in incidents shall be billed an after-hours surcharge of $50.00 per incident. After-hours is considered 6pm – 8am Mon – Friday (PST). An additional $100.00 surcharge shall apply for after-hours weekend support.

If Onsite Service is need it will be billed as follows: 

$125.00 per hour with a two hour minimum, plus zone travel fee (Mon – Fri / 8am – 6pm)

$150.00 per hour with a two hour minimum, plus zone travel fee (Mon – Fri / 6pm – 8am)

$185.00 per hour with a two hour minimum, plus zone travel fee (Fri 6pm – Monday 8am)

 



ON-SITE + REMOTE ACCESS SERVICE*

 

On-site service + remote access Annual Support Contracts (ASC) are per location and shall be billed annually.  The end user shall be notified 30 days prior to contract expiration date. Upon receiving a call, the dispatcher shall verify the status of your contract prior to dispatching a technician. Please choose the option that best fits your individual business needs:

 

Option 1

20 Hours on-site/remote access service (see service contract for details)

                $1,399.00 per year (plus zone travel fee)

 

Option 2

10 Hours on-site/remote access service (see service contract for details)

                    $999.00 per year (plus zone travel fee)

 

Option 3

 5 Hours on-site/remote access service (see service contract for details)

                     $549.00 per year (plus zone travel fee)

An additional $100.00 per incident surcharge shall apply for after-hours weekend telephone support. An additional $250.00 per incident surcharge shall apply for after-hours weekend on-site support.
